We offer schools and daycares the oportuntiy to take a trip to the orchard. Upon arriving, the kids will learn a little about the history of the orchard, the proper way to pick an apple, and about the animals we have. They will then be guided through our walking trail where they will meet many of our animal friends. Then it is off to the orchard. Each child will be given a bag to put their picked apples in. Our tours are given Monday thru Thursday from mid September to early October. Are you interested in bringing a group out for a tour? Contact us for more information.
We only do our tours for about three weeks so please don't hesitate to call for a specific day and time, days do get filled quickly. Tours are available Monday - Thursday.
The cost is $3.50 per student. This includes the walking trail to see the animals and a bag for the kids to put apples in after they have picked them.
Parents/Chaperones must bring their own containers for picking, they will be paying the per lb. price.
Reminder: Cash or Check ONLY please. Payment must be recieved at the time of the tour to avoid additional charges.
Confirmation letters will be sent by mail approximately one week before your scheduled trip(s).
